Message	You've been screwed, royally. That being said, you should have sought legal counsel much earlier in this process. I'm not sure what you can do about it now, but again I'd speak with a trusted attorney if I were you. Good luck. P.S. Can you scan in the $4,000 repair bill, or detail what he charged you for?
